She recently took advantage of an early retirement offer from BB&amp;T and left Banking after 17 years. The last 16 years she was in the Spring Lake branch. She worked with her clients and small business owners to help them achieve their financial goals and dreams. Each day was different, but one thing remained constant, \u201ceach day I got the chance to make a difference in someone\u2019s life.\u201d. I built lasting relationships with clients, teammates, and local community members. Danice earned an A.S. in Accounting at a Community College back home, her B.S. Degree in Business Administration and her M.A. in Sociology from Fayetteville State University. Her Thesis is on \u201cGender Wage Gap and Its Associated Factors: An Examination Of Traditional Gender Ideology, Education and Workplace.\u201d Her work is also published in the International Review of Modern Sociology, Autumn of 2013. She is passionate about being involved in the community. She serves on the board at the Armed Forces YMCA, Fort Bragg and is a founding member of the local Non-Profit Community Heartbeats.
