Most Fayetteville residents have a unique origin story. They come from all corners of the United States and cross oceans for military orders, job changes, or pursuit of the American dream. Nickoy Haughton<\/strong> is no different. Born and raised in Montego Bay at the young age of 17 he migrated to the United States to pursue his bachelor\u2019s degree in Supply Chain Management.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Nickoy was quickly inspired to start his own business combining his passion for business operations and love for authentic Jamaican cuisine. A Jamaican food truck<\/strong> was the perfect way to intertwine these skill sets. Nickoy was determined and started to consult with the Women\u2019s Business Center of Fayetteville to help turn this vision into reality.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

His new food truck 876 Flavaz<\/strong> is dedicated to providing mouth-watering, authentic Jamaican meals for residents in the Fayetteville area.<\/span><\/p>\n

In June 2021 CEED was able to assist in the ribbon-cutting of 876 Flavaz with Mayor Mitch Colvin<\/a> y Councilwoman Yvonne Kinston<\/a> in attendance on Yadkin Road in the heart of Councilman DJ Haire<\/a>‘s District 4. Fayetteville foodies lined up to be one of the first few to try Nickoy\u2019s good eats!
