Stuart Walters is a native of Fayetteville, North Carolina. He has been with CEED since 2015 providing CEED Capital Funding education, support, and approval for the Center for Economic Empowerment and Development. While at CEED, he has supported small business owners and entrepreneurs in navigating the financial impact of natural disasters, pandemics, and economic changes.

Stuart Graduated from Fayetteville – Terry Sanford in 1978 and Wake Forest in 1982. Worked in banking, including First Citizens Bank in Haymount, for 30 years from 1985 to 2015. He and his wife Beth have two daughters and three grandchildren.
