Women’s Business Center of Fayetteville
Women’s Business Center of Fayetteville is a program of CEED (Center for Economic Empowerment & Development), funded in part through a cooperative agreement with the Small Business Administration (SBA). The Office of Women’s Business Ownership’s mission is to establish and oversee a network of Women’s Business Centers (WBCs) throughout the United States and its territories. Through the management and technical assistance provided by the WBCs, entrepreneurs – especially women who are economically or socially disadvantaged – are offered comprehensive training and counseling on a vast array of topics to help clients start and grow their own businesses. The Women’s Business Center of Fayetteville, NC at CEED has been providing local practical technical assistance and support to local female entrepreneurs who are looking to start or expand their small businesses since 1999. We provide assistance to women entrepreneurs in all phases of small business. We specialize in empowering women to plan for success by providing practical entrepreneurial education in an encouraging atmosphere.

The WBC is open: Monday -Thursday 8:00 a.m – 5:00 p.m. Friday (Appointment ONLY)
If you are not a current client please request counseling via the website and you will be contacted by a counselor for an appointment. Our counselors work by appointment only due to our busy class schedule.
If you are a client and would like to come in, please email your assigned counselor for an appointment.
We offer night classes and lunch classes for working clients. If you are a current client and need to meet after office hours please let your counselor know and we will accommodate your schedule.

How to start a 501c3
The WBC extends equal opportunities to clients. If a client with a physical disability cannot or chooses not to attend class upstairs in the WBC conference room, the business consultant can teach class in the downstairs computer lab and/or the downstairs conference room. The WBC consultants can also teach class via email and Skype. We also teach night class to accommodate all clients’ schedules and needs.
